The Dough Crust Co. began as a tiny pizza counter on the corner of a quiet street. Seven years and one stubborn oven later, it's a full bistro — serving slow-fermented dough, handcut pasta, smash burgers built on a screaming flat-top, and the kind of mocktails you'd actually order twice.
